This family is building their dream home in New Hampshire. (See Mead Residence). They will be moving from Nevada to New Hampshire and need a home base when checking on the progress of their build and visiting family. Therefore, Loon Landing was purchased. They needed a team to quickly design and get the Airbnb ready to list. They wanted Airbnb guests to feel completely immersed in Lake Winnipesaukee’s camp-like feel.

They used the Guided Design experience to select all furnishings, styling, paint colors, and light remodel decisions.
